CV

Miroslav Jiřík was born in Klatovy, Czech Republic in 1984. He received his Bc. and Ing. (similar to M.S.) degrees in cybernetics from the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen, Czech Republic (UWB), in 2006 and 2008 respectively. As a Ph.D. candidate at the Department
of Cybernetics, UWB his main research interests include computer vision, machine learning, medical imaging, image segmentation, texture analysis. He is a teaching assistant at the Department of Cybernetics, UWB.
