Software module for updating of navigation data

SW module converts the traffic sign’s information necessary for its passportization stored in a CSV file (Comma-separated values) into GDF standard (Geographic Data Files). The output is exported into structured XML file. Since GDF standard is being supported by most of navigation devices, this XML output can be used for their updating.
