The article deals with the automated evaluation of manifestation of learning of biological objects. This evaluation is demanded for medical research. Biological object is stimulated from external environment and its response is examined. The evaluation is obtained from measured records from experiment. The automation of evaluation process is necessary for the acquirement of objective results from the whole experiment. Automated evaluation includes evaluation techniques (their principle) of a biological specialist. They are applied automatically to each measurement without a subjective effect of particular specialist. The second reason for automated evaluation is considerable time requirements for manual evaluation of all measurement. The aim of automated of evaluation of manifestation of learning is to acquire a learning curve for specific biological objects with minimum of interventions of a researcher – monitor of automatically acquired learning curve only.
