PONAZM - Implementation of algorithms for off-line operation scheduling of accumulative power plants in Matlab

The purpose of presented software is implementation of algorithms for off-line decision support of deployment of power plants with modes energy production / accumulation. The proposed software tool that uses an efficient algorithm based on dynamic programming, allows for the analysis of accumulation resources up to an annual horizon with hourly granularity of data with a resolution of the 1MW power while respecting all fundamental technological and contractual restrictions.

 The software implements the results of research on methods that have been published in the following publication: MOŠNA, Jiří, JANEČEK, Eduard, HERING, Pavel a HRYCEJ, David.
