Application pro HLA Lab and TC (CELAB-CETRA)

CNMDR HLA lab is used by cooperating transplant centers for unrelated donor extended or verification typing. On the basis of specified requirements has been designed and created an application that automates the necessary communication between them. The basic requirement for application was simple usability and readability for users on both sides of the process - Laboratory and TC. The resulting system therefore consists of two separate parts (one for HLA Lab and one for TC). Both systems are compatible with all standard HTML browser. Security policy and accesses to the individual parts of the application are based on the sensitivity of the used and presented data.

Licence

The software using is specified in project TA01010342.

The software can be provided at the conclusion of license agreements in accordance with § 16 of Act No. 130/2002 Coll.

Confirmation of usage
